Cancellations & Returns

Returns & Exchanges

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. We ensure all products are in good condition before shipping, but please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

If a product is faulty, contact us within 10 days of purchase with details and pictures. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that we are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping by third-party carriers.

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of new, undamaged, and unopened items. Personal hygiene products are non-returnable once opened. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days.

Return Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email if you are eligible for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If eligible, we will send a replacement to the original shipping address.

Order Cancellations

Awenda reserves the right to modify, refuse, or cancel any order. If an order is canceled after payment, the transaction will be refunded. Customers are responsible for monitoring their payment method.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions deliver items repeatedly based on the selected duration and frequency. Payment details are stored securely and charged in advance. At the end of the subscription period, it will auto-renew unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at the end of the period to prevent renewal.
